St. Margaret's Anglican Girls' School
Engaged early, we provided buildability advice to help St Margaret’s refine the café design to suit budget, site constraints and school operations. From early procurement of long-lead items to staging works around school activities, our team ensured a seamless delivery with minimal disruption to campus life.
The University of Queensland
We worked closely with the University of Queensland and heritage architects to restore the ornate heritage ceiling of 308 Queen Street – an iconic Brisbane site now occupied by The Gresham Bar. The ceiling was in significant disrepair, requiring careful remediation to preserve its historical character. Our goal was to bring the space back to life while protecting key heritage features, including the decorative rose and original cornices. The result is a revitalised space that respects its architectural legacy and continues to serve as a vibrant part of Brisbane’s cultural fabric.
Department of Education
Partnering with Honeywill Consulting, we upgraded the school tuckshop with a fully equipped, high-performance kitchen fit-out and refreshed the senior amenities. Delivered in a live school environment, the project focused on minimising disruption while creating modern, functional spaces that enhance daily operations for the school community.
St Aidan’s Anglican Girls School
Under an ECI to D&C contract, we transformed an undercroft into a world-class tuckshop, ensuring safety, minimal disruption, and seamless collaboration. Delivered on time and within budget, this stress-free project set a new standard and strengthened ties with the Society of the Sacred Advent Schools.
University of the Sunshine Coast
UniSC aimed to revitalise Café C’s look and boost efficiency. Our team delivered a vibrant, flexible space under budget and program, enhancing functionality and ambiance. Café C now thrives as the campus’s go-to coffee hub, exceeding expectations.
University of Queensland
UQ envisioned a fine dining facility at the Radon Building on their St. Lucia campus, requiring price and program certainty and heritage expertise. Our team provided design and buildability input, delivered the project on time and within budget, bringing the award-winning Patina at Alumni Court to life.
The Standard Market Company
This purpose-built, standalone commercial kitchen supports TSMC's growing network of stores. Under a D&C contract, we resolved a major program risk early, avoiding delays caused by a rooftop plant deck. Throughout delivery, we collaborated closely with consultants and certifiers to ensure the space met all food-grade requirements and achieved full certification. The result is a high-performance production facility delivered on time, ready to scale with TSMC’s continued growth.
The University of Queensland
Under a D&C engagement we revitalised the Biological Sciences Building Forecourt, creating a vibrant food and social hub. We collaborated with DM2 Architecture to construct a new café with shaded seating, blending seamlessly with campus architecture. Delivered on budget and on time, the space enhances UQ's campus experience.
Retail First
Retail First aimed to expand and upgrade Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre’s food court to boost dining appeal. We transformed the space with skylights, glazing, and warm decor, creating a vibrant, light-filled atmosphere. Delivered in stages, we ensured uninterrupted operation, enhancing the shopping experience.
