Re-Grow Capital Group envisioned a transformation for the 168-172 Morayfield Road reatail complex, aiming to revitalise the complex to attract more customers. This project involved modernising both the exterior and interior, updating shopfronts, upgrading the car park, and introducing fresh landscaping. Additionally, two vacant tenancies required refurbishment to be ready for leasing. The scope demanded a balance of style and functionality, enhancing the centre’s appeal without disrupting the operations of existing tenants.
Our team was brought on to bring Re-Grow Capital Group’s vision to life. We renovated the external shopfront and refurbished two vacant tenancies, installing a custom awning structure with a roof-mounted walkway to elevate the centre’s look. To complete the transformation, we handled painting, cladding, and the installation of pylon and lightbox signage. To accommodate the two businesses that remained open throughout the project, we adjusted hoarding boundaries to maintain customer access, allowing us to upgrade the car park and landscaping with minimal disruption.
The 168-172 Morayfield Road retail complex now boasts a contemporary look, with refreshed shopfronts and a newly painted car park that enhances customer convenience. As a result, Re-Grow Capital Group successfully leased the two refurbished tenancies, transforming the complex into an inviting, modernized space. The upgraded aesthetic and improved functionality have not only enhanced the customer experience but also created additional value for its business tenants.
