The Brief
Brigidine College envisioned transforming the Brigid Centre into an inviting and versatile social space by removing an outdated water feature and incorporating new elements that would enhance the overall experience for students and staff. This redesign needed to harmonise with the college’s vision, adding value and functionality to the school’s facilities while creating an environment that encourages social connection.
Our contribution
We were brought on by Gibson Architects, delivering a lump-sum project that was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and strictly within budget. Our team’s focus was on achieving a stress-free journey for the client, expertly managing the complexities of working within a live operational school environment. The transformation included filling in the water feature, installing new flooring, and integrating suspended panels, unique lighting, and custom wall linings—all thoughtfully designed to elevate the space.
