The Brief
Brisbane Catholic Education envisioned a modern refurbishment of their B-Block learning areas to create a dynamic and flexible educational environment. They sought a comprehensive fitout that would facilitate effective teaching and interactive learning while reflecting the school’s values and adapting to various learning activities. Key project drivers included delivering within budget and ensuring minimal disruption, as the school remained fully operational throughout the project.
Our contribution
We engaged early in the project, collaborating with Brisbane Catholic Education to manage every aspect of the refurbishment with precision. Our team conducted a complete strip-out of the B-Block, refreshing ten GLAs, access points, constructing a new external entryway, and coordinating with specialised subcontractors to build a suspended concrete staircase with a roof structure and balustrade. Our focus was to provide a seamless, stress-free project journey, meeting program and cost certainty while maintaining a high level of safety for students and staff.

Delivered on time and within budget, the refurbished B-Block at St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School is now an expansive, adaptable space equipped for a variety of learning activities. High-quality finishes, ample storage, and a mixture of functional flooring styles enhance the learning environment, while air conditioning ensures comfort in all seasons. This project brought Brisbane Catholic Education’s vision to life, providing a modern educational setting with minimal disruption – a result that exemplifies our commitment to a smooth, client-focused experience.
