Under an ECI to D&C contract, we transformed an undercroft into a world-class tuckshop, ensuring safety, minimal disruption, and seamless collaboration. Delivered on time and within budget, this stress-free project set a new standard and strengthened ties with the Society of the Sacred Advent Schools.
Bioscience Library Forecourt
Under a D&C engagement we revitalised the Biological Sciences Building Forecourt, creating a vibrant food and social hub. We collaborated with DM2 Architecture to construct a new café with shaded seating, blending seamlessly with campus architecture. Delivered on budget and on time, the space enhances UQ’s campus experience.
Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre Food Court
Retail First aimed to expand and upgrade Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre’s food court to boost dining appeal. We transformed the space with skylights, glazing, and warm decor, creating a vibrant, light-filled atmosphere. Delivered in stages, we ensured uninterrupted operation, enhancing the shopping experience.
