Designed in collaboration with Studio LMD, we delivered Griffith University’s Gumurri Student Success Unit – a culturally respectful, collaborative space supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Delivered on time and within budget, this welcoming hub at Nathan Campus offers study areas, consultation rooms, and social zones, enhancing the student experience.
Pluta Accountants Office
Under a D&C engagement, we delivered Pluta Accountants a refined office fitout, maximising panoramic views with black-framed glazing and timber joinery. Collaborating with Ellivo Architects, we crafted a modern space that aligns with Pluta’s values, meeting their expanding needs seamlessly.
Australia Fair Food Court
Ahead of the 2018 Commonwealth Games, our team completed the Australia Fair food court refurbishment, increasing seating capacity from 300 to 554 while maintaining daily operations. Delivered on time, this project achieved a modern, inviting space that elevated visitor experience and increased revenue for food operators.
Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre Travelator
Our team collaborated with travelator specialists to replace the full travelator at Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre. Working efficiently in an occupied space, we completed the project on time and within budget.
Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre Balustrade
We upgraded all non-compliant balustrades around the atrium at Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre. Working in a live, occupied environment, we ensured business continuation, completing the project on time and within budget, enhancing safety without disrupting daily operations.
Bioscience Library Forecourt
Under a D&C engagement we revitalised the Biological Sciences Building Forecourt, creating a vibrant food and social hub. We collaborated with DM2 Architecture to construct a new café with shaded seating, blending seamlessly with campus architecture. Delivered on budget and on time, the space enhances UQ’s campus experience.
Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre Food Court
Retail First aimed to expand and upgrade Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre’s food court to boost dining appeal. We transformed the space with skylights, glazing, and warm decor, creating a vibrant, light-filled atmosphere. Delivered in stages, we ensured uninterrupted operation, enhancing the shopping experience.
Healthy Living Clinic
We converted a two-floor office into a specialised aged-care rehabilitation gym for UQ, carefully coordinating work in a mixed-use, occupied building. With new gym technology from overseas, we delivered the project on time and within budget, meeting all objectives seamlessly.
