Kurt Zincke

Kurt is our Site Manager. He brings deep technical know-how, calm authority and a laser focus on quality to every project he leads.

Originally trained as a carpenter in Cape Town, Kurt developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and detail – skills he now applies to managing complex construction programs. On site, he coordinates trades, enforces safety standards and ensures work is delivered exactly to spec, on time and within contract. He’s known for building trust quickly, maintaining momentum and keeping everyone – from subcontractors to consultants – moving in the same direction.

A career highlight for him was leading site delivery on Toyota Australia’s groundbreaking transformation of a disused manufacturing plant in Victoria. The building had sat idle for over 20 years, but under Kurt’s management, it was repurposed into a new benchmark facility – delivered under tight deadlines and to uncompromising quality standards.

Outside work, Kurt channels his creative and competitive energy into painting large-scale murals and strength training.
