Matt is our Contracts Administrator. He’s the numbers guy, the risk wrangler, and the calm in the project storm.

With a background in civil and structural engineering, infrastructure design, construction management and quantity surveying, Matt brings serious technical firepower to the table. But he’s not just spreadsheets and specs – he’s a relationship-builder who knows that the best results come from getting the right people in the room and keeping everyone on the same page.

Matt lives in the detail. Procurement, forecasting, cost control, risk assessment – he’s across it all. He knows how to get the most out of every dollar and every subcontractor, and he’s always two steps ahead when it comes to spotting (and dodging) potential curveballs.

What really sets Matt apart? His obsession with delivering projects that are smooth, efficient and better than anyone expected. On time? Of course. Under budget? Naturally. Happy client? Every time.

When the job’s done and the team’s high-fiving, Matt’s the one quietly soaking it all in – before heading home to tell his kid, “Yep. I helped build that.”
