Nate Orman is our Cadet. He’s a straight shooter with a refreshing attitude and a knack for problem-solving. Nate thrives on learning from the best in the business and is committed to becoming one himself.

From humble beginnings scanning HSE records (sorry mate, someone’s got to do it) to now learning to price tenders, he’s embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and accountability. His goal? Master estimating, transition into a Contract Administrator role and ultimately lead projects as a Project Manager.

Motivated by deadlines and driven by curiosity, Nate approaches each day asking, “What can I learn today?” He values mutual respect, remarkable outcomes and delivering real value to clients and project teams.

For Nate, time with family means more than money, and mediocrity isn’t an option. Outside of work, you’ll find him honing strategy and adaptability through Muay Thai or gaming with mates.
