Meet Teddy, the heart of our office and our official Chief Morale Officer.

Teddy starts each morning with enthusiastic zoomies to make sure everyone has arrived smiling and fully awake – whether they planned to or not.

Throughout the day, Teddy diligently makes the rounds, checking in with every team member for hugs, pats and emotional support. He’s highly skilled in the art of snack‑seeking via emotional manipulation, though snacks remain strictly off‑limits (he is still hopeful this policy may change).

Every afternoon, Teddy commits to his most important task: a deep, uninterrupted sleep – complete with dignified snoring – to signal that it’s time to wind down and log off for the day.

Always available for comfort, stress relief or a quiet moment on the floor, Teddy takes his role very seriously and reminds us daily that showing up with enthusiasm (and a wagging tail) makes work better.
