The Brief

Mapletree aimed to transform outdated offices on levels 1 and 2 into three high-end speculative suites designed to attract tenants with functional, collaborative workspaces. They sought to retain elements in good condition while updating others to inspire productivity in a modern environment.

Our contribution

Our team meticulously crafted these workspaces by installing new floor finishes, wall partitions, and custom joinery that balanced aesthetic appeal with functionality. Preserving well-conditioned features, we updated spaces with curtains, fresh paint, and details in line with Punch Design’s specifications. Given the live commercial setting, we completed the project with minimal disruption, prioritising a stress-free experience for occupants.
