The Brief
Cushman & Wakefield envisioned a modern, vibrant office space on Level 10 of the Santos Place – 32 Turbot Street. The goal was to transform the floor by stripping out existing features and delivering a fully refurbished open-plan collaboration area, smaller private rooms and a kitchen with a breakout area. The project needed to integrate functional modern office requirements, including technology fittings, storage, and an efficient desk layout, while complementing the stunning river and city views provided by wall-to-wall windows.
Our contribution
Engaged under a lump sum contract, we delivered a stress-free transformation of Level 10 at Santos Place. Our team meticulously stripped the existing floor and installed thoughtfully planned fittings to create an open, collaborative workspace and separate smaller rooms. The addition of a stylish kitchen and breakout area added to the modern feel of the space. Throughout the project, we expertly managed the challenges of working within a live and occupied environment, ensuring minimal disruption to building tenants.
