The Brief
St. Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School aimed to refurbish twelve classrooms, a computer laboratory, two corridors, and a toilet block over the Christmas holiday period, modernising these areas to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, the school required an upgrade to the mechanical system.
Our contribution
We were engaged to manage the end-to-end refurbishment, ensuring the project was delivered on time and on budget. Our team completed a full strip-out, upgraded the mechanical system to a more efficient chiller system, and outfitted the classrooms and communal areas with modern furnishings. We ensured effective communication with the school to meet their requirements, delivering a stress-free project experience despite the tight timeline.
The remarkable project outcome
The refurbishment of St. Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School was completed seamlessly, with all upgrades delivered on time and within budget. The transformation of the classrooms and spaces, along with the new mechanical system, has created an enhanced, dynamic environment for students, with minimal disruption to daily operations. The result: a stress-free delivery and a modern, functional school ready for the new term.
