Jon is one of our accomplished Site Managers. He brings a calm, confident presence to site, blending a sharp eye for scheduling with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

He’s a firm believer in the power of proactive planning and positive interactions – especially during the final stretch, when most lose steam. Jon’s philosophy is that the last 5% of every project deserves an extra 100%. That’s how projects get handed over smoothly, with happy clients who come back for more.

He takes the time to understand what success looks like from the client’s point of view, then works methodically to make it a reality – on time, on budget and with zero loose ends. When he’s not on site, you’ll find Jon chasing goals on the pitch for Pine Hills Football Club, backing Nottingham Forest (no matter the score), or exploring Straddie and Moreton Island from the deck of his boat.
