The upgraded space supports culturally safe, continuous care, improving access, capacity and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.

Sandstone Healthcare Yeerongpilly at YG Riverside showcases our ability to deliver high quality healthcare environments with precision and care. Delivered ahead of schedule, the 500m² fitout features modern consulting suites, surgery rooms and a pathology collection centre, all expertly delivered within a live retail precinct. The result is a purpose built clinical facility that supports Sandstone Healthcare’s future focused model of care and reflects our commitment to collaborative, high performance project delivery.

Head 2 Health Kids – Nerang

Burleigh Heads State School Tuckshop and Amenities

Partnering with Honeywill Consulting, we upgraded the school tuckshop with a fully equipped, high-performance kitchen fit-out and refreshed the senior amenities. Delivered in a live school environment, the project focused on minimising disruption while creating modern, functional spaces that enhance daily operations for the school community.

Burleigh Heads State School D Block Refurbishment

Burleigh Heads State School’s D Block has been transformed into a modern and functional learning space, providing students and staff with upgraded facilities designed to enhance the school experience. Delivered under a lump sum contract, the refurbishment included the construction of four contemporary classrooms, a brand-new uniform shop, fresh decking and balustrades and a full external refresh.

QUT Kelvin Grove X Block Levels 5 & 6

The Kelvin Grove X Block refurbishment transformed Levels 5 and 6 into modern office spaces. Delivered on time, within budget, and stress-free, this live-campus project ensured minimal disruption, showcasing our expertise in complex education environments and stakeholder collaboration.

Mapletree tasked us with transforming outdated office spaces on two levels into three high-end, collaborative suites. Delivered on time and within budget, we balanced aesthetics with functionality, minimising disruptions in this live setting for a seamless, stress-free experience.

X Block HSE Meeting Spaces Level 1

This small, impactful lump sum fitout created modern office spaces and meeting rooms for QUT’s health and safety team. Leveraging a team from another project in the building, our team delivered a stress-free experience by completing the project on time, within budget, and without disrupting the day-to-day operations of the building.

Brookfield State School D Block

We transformed Brookfield State School’s D Block, creating modern classrooms, an upgraded computer lab and a versatile, weatherproof verandah. Delivered safely in a live school environment, the project enhances learning with tailored storage, interactive teaching walls and innovative outdoor spaces.

TSMC Commercial Kitchen

This purpose-built, standalone commercial kitchen supports TSMC's growing network of stores. Under a D&C contract, we resolved a major program risk early, avoiding delays caused by a rooftop plant deck. Throughout delivery, we collaborated closely with consultants and certifiers to ensure the space met all food-grade requirements and achieved full certification. The result is a high-performance production facility delivered on time, ready to scale with TSMC’s continued growth.

Pluta Accountants Office

Pluta Accountants

Under a D&C engagement, we delivered Pluta Accountants a refined office fitout, maximising panoramic views with black-framed glazing and timber joinery. Collaborating with Ellivo Architects, we crafted a modern space that aligns with Pluta’s values, meeting their expanding needs seamlessly.
